Exclusions

  • Airport Hotel Airport Transfers for individually purchased air tickets.

  • Anything which is not mentioned in “Package Inclusions”.

Taxes & Gratuities

  • Tips and gratuities to overseas service providers: USD 30 for exhibitor package & USD 25 for visitor package.
  • Supplement charge for early check-in: Twin share @ USD 75 & Single room @ USD 120 per person.
  • VFS Premium Lounge, if applicable – ₹5500.
  • Government Service Tax (GST) & TCS on final package price: 5% - 20% (as per government directions).
  • Variable components of the package: Below components are variable in terms of price and Rainbow Travtech Pvt Ltd does not have any control on the same. However, prices are calculated as per prevailing rates as on 24 November 2026. Any difference in the components/services may come into effect.
