All payments toward the tour cost must be made by the client or their organization to "Rainbow TravTech Pvt. Ltd.", following the payment procedure and timelines outlined below. Payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date must be completed in Cash or via Demand Draft. A copy of the PAN Card is required for any cash payment of INR 25,000 or above.
For the foreign exchange component of the tour cost, the applicable amount will be calculated based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the date of payment.

If a Client fails to pay as per the above schedule, "Rainbow TravTech" has right to cancel your bookings or provide you alternative airline tickets/hotel rooms. Full payment must be made be in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, "Rainbow TravTech Pvt. Ltd" reserves the right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned here.
Since all the services such as airline seats / hotel accommodation / ground transportation, etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance, we are liable to pay all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. All cancellations will attract the following Cancellation Charges over and above the non-refundable interest free registration amount of INR 50,000/- per person.
